Notes:
I came across all three of the foliage in the pictures during a trail hike. The first photo was taken on a hillside that had been cleared 4 years ago with native species growing back. The second and third pic was taken on the edge of a small vehicle trail with dappled light on the edge of deep woods with predominantly pine and oak trees.

The middle plant – Details of fruits and stems are too blurry to see their details. I’m wondering if it is some type pf privet (Ligustrum)? Check out the Eroupena privet (L. vulgars) and see if you have a match. Do you have any more photos for this plant? Bottom plant – Without flowers I’m guessing for now. Maybe something in the Vaccinium genus ? Check out one in the genus sparkleberry (Vaccinium arboreum) from the included one below. Flowers are needed for a confirmed ID. Best wishes! http://namethatplant.net/plantdetail.shtml?plant=1578
