These images are a bit blurry, I’m taking a guess for now. Maybe some thing in the Magnolia. Without flowers I could only suggest you check out three species, the Fraser magnolia (M. fraseri), Umbrella-Tree (M. tripetala) and Bigleaf magnolia (M. macrophylla) from the included link below.
