Notes:
This tree came up several years ago between my house and my neighbor’s. It is about 8 feet high now, weeping. None of my neighbors have any weeping trees. I thought maybe it was a weeping elm due to the serrated-edge leaves, but this year it produced pale pink flowers. I’m attaching blossom, leaf and bark detail.

Thanks! It’s definitely weeping and the flower clusters match those in the photo of prunus pendula. I’m glad it volunteered in my yard, although it’s shading one end of my vegetable garden.

The flowers centers & bark details are blurry. I’m guessing maybe a chance seedling in the cherry perhaps? For now check out some in the group. If you still don’t know, please resubmit with photos of the whole tree, the whole flowers cluster (in the first photo, I couldn’t tell whether they are single bud or multiple), better focus on the bark & flowers centers. Again I’m only speculating. Best wishes! Link to a weeping cherry (Prunus pendula) flowers clusters image. https://teddingtongardener.files.wordpress.com/2014/03/p10302131.jpg
