Certainly. Looks like Pony Tail Palm (Bublets( though I sure that is not the name for. Them).). My large Pony tail Palm got froze last year. To my amazement it put out this kind of growth in the Spring. I way able to pop them i Off the mother pant, in the summer and now. Have Six new Pony Tail Palm ÔBabiesÕ
