Notes:
This plant waits until right at dusk, then it starts to quiver and seconds later it is in bloom. As you can see in photos the blooms die by morning but there are new buds to take the old ones place. There can be a couple or several buds at a time on each plant. I understand that moths pollinate the flowers during the night, they will repeat the quiver, bloom, die process nearly all summer, every morning with new blossoms to bloom at dusk.

Maybe a species in the evening primrose (Oenothera), possible the dandelion-leaved sundrop (O. acaulis)? Check it out and see if you have a match. Best wishes! https://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/588/
