Middle photo – It’s hard to tell with our more details (flowers, fruits & the main trunk.) I’m guessing a type of oaks (Quercus) perhaps? If this is an oak, its acorns are needed to narrow down. For now check out the red oak (Quercus rubra). http://www.namethatplant.net/plantdetail.shtml?plant=1198
