Notes:
The largest leaves are about 5 inches across. Has offshoots at and below the dirt level. The edges of the leaves are pokey and the older ones have red edges.

Without its flowers, I’m guessing this could be a cultivar in the Bergenia genus (elephant-ears saxifrage/pigsqueak)? Check out the B. cordifolia from this included link below.
