Notes:
The smaller shrub is evergreen or I would wear it is a Clether Summersweet. The 2nd photo looks like a Panicked Hydrangea but I don’t Renner it losing leaves either and it is tree shaped similar to a small dogwood. Both located in mountains in North Georgia close to the NC line
