Notes:
I have this peachtree that I planted close to ten years ago. It was about 5 feet tall. Part of the tree died in the second year. I saved the other part. It has grown well. It has an odd branch towards the backside that looks different than the rest. And IÕve noticed the leaves vary also. It looks like two different types of trees. Is This what I have? Or is it a branch I should have cut off when it was small?

It is possible for peach trees to grow different kinds of fruit on one of their branches. Maybe you have both a peach and nectarine tree!
