It was found growing wild. It had some dead limbs that were cut off so its overall shape may be different than normal.

I don’t think it is a Red Cedar. Red Cedar trees have scale like and needle like leaves, while this plant only has needle like leaves. I guess this could be because it is only a sapling, but all the young Red Cedar trees I have seen have had mostly scale like leaves.
