Notes:
We tilled, limed, & fertilized before laying zenith zoysia a year ago. We did preemergent in fall and spring. Fertilized last summer and this spring (milorganite). A month ago treated with Bayer fungicide. The brown ring and fading areas persist. What else should I do?
