Notes:
This plant came up as a volunteer in my flower garden about 3 weeks ago. At first I thought it was a weed, but because I was curious to see what it might turn out to be, I didn’t pull it up. It has glossy green leaves, almost rubbery in appearance, but no sign of any flowers.

It’s difficult with out flowers. Also the leaves attachment position to the stem/stems are not visible to help narrow down. As this grows more mature, please give us an update. For now,I’m taking a wild guess, maybe a type of peony (Paeonia)? Check out the included link for the leaves from one in the group. Again I’m only speculating. Best wishes! https://freerangestock.com/photos/20819/peony-plant-leaves.html
