This plant does not flower and the leaves are substantial but not succulent. Vines and grows well in a sunny window.

I wish I could see the whole plant. And with out flowers to help with the ID, I suggest you check out ‘false nasturtium’ a species in the Senecio genus (Senecio oxyriifolius) and see if you have a match. According to sources, the leaves of this species can be vary. Also S. oxyriifolius often sold under a misidentified name: “Senecio tropaelifolius”. Click on images from the included link to enlarge.
