With out flowers to help narrow down, I could only speculate for now. Top photo, maybe a type of Indian hawthorn (Rhapiolepis). The included link is for a R. indica. Flowers will help for a confirm ID. Congrats & best wishes on your new home! Middle photo, maybe a type of Spirea (Spiraea). To narrow which cultivar this is depending on the shape, size, flowering time & their position on the plant i.e. along the branches or at the end. I’m wondering if yours could be a cultivar in the Reeve’s spiraea group (S. cantoniensis) (?). Bottom photo needs more details i.e. images of the whole plant, side view & leaf’s scale.
