The plant in this photo is definitely a candlestick plant. Mine is blooming now in September. Be sure to cultivate the seeds once the first frost has appeared, so that you’ll have them to plant in the Spring after the last cold spell.

I wish I could see the rest of the plant & its side view. I could only guess for now, this could be candlestick senna (Senna alata). Check it out and see if you have a match.
