Plants details are not closeup to be certain. I’m guessing the taller plant with brownish color leaves could be Cordyline australis ‘Red Star’ (?). The smaller plant with variegated leaves maybe a cultivar or species in the Hebe genus (?), I don’t know which one this is. Check out these included links for both genera and see if you have a match.
