I wish I could see more of the plant. For now, I’m speculating that to my eyes this looks like some thing in the nettle family, I can’t see the stem clearly but it appears to be smooth without stinging hairs. Yours might be small-spike false nettle (Boehmeria cylindrica)(?). Check out these included link for the differences between the B. cylindrica & the Urtica dioica (stinging needle).
