Notes:
I am not sure what this plant is but it is quite large and usually flowers in summer. This year it is being eaten up by something. The leaves are dying and falling off. The backs of the leaves are covered with white specs. White flies are everywhere when I shake it. It is too tall to spray to the top of it. It has new green growth. Do I cut it all off and let it come back out?
