Notes:
This is a bush/tree plant growing in front of the house we are buying. It has reddish-pink lilac-like flowers growing on it but they are pretty sparse.

Maybe a lilac hybrid(?). Sorry, I can’t tell which cultivar this is. Not knowing this plant in person, I could only guess there are various reasons for the sparse appearance i.e. the plant’s own habit, maybe it needs some tender loving care, etc… Checkout the link below for one of the French lilac hybrid, click on images to enlarge.
