This is in my field and popped up all over. Even locals have no idea what it is. It looks like two different plants because of the leaves but doesn’t appear to be the case. I can’t find it in my reference books. Thank you.

From this distance it’s too far away to tell. Could you give us closeup of the plants, flowers, back of the flowers & leaves? Some plants species their basal leaves shape look different than those on the upper stems as in the Packera genus. These included links with leaves images of some of the species.
