Could you show the side view of the main stem/trunk (?). It is hard to tell more with out flowers. I’m wondering if this could be either a peach seedling/new growth from the old peach stump (?) or if its stem isn’t woody maybe some type of herbaceous flowering plants (i.e. penstemon, lobelia etc…). Again I’m only speculating. If this isn’t any of those mentioned, let it grow some more and give us an up date. Check out the link below for peach leaves images.
