1- Fringe tree, it is either native fringe tree (Chinonanthus virginicus) or the Chinese fringe tree (C. retusus. 2- Some thing in the native azalea groups. Sorry, I can’t tell which one this is. Check out the species: Rhododendron calendulaceum (flame azalea), R. austrinum (Florida azlea) and R. flammeum (Oconee azalea). The top photo is Chionanthus virginicus, more commonly known as Fringetree. Is is a small native tree. The bottom photo is one of the many native decidious Azaleas. Good for you with natives in your yard.
