Notes:
The leaves are not new growth. They have survived the winter with weeks in the teens and twenties. We still look like winter here.

The leaves details are not clear enough to tell for certain. I could only speculate for now. Check out the invasive Japanese honey suckle (Lonicera japonica) and see if you have a match. According to sources, the leaves can stay on through winter & early spring. If it isn’t that, when it blooms, make new post with photo of flowers. Best wishes!
