Notes:
Note: What looks like warts is raindrops. This plant came with a house purchase. It’s not the prettiest plant, as a good 30% of the stems on an older plant apparently don’t produce leaves. This particular bunch is by far the most dense of what I have. It appears most all stems start at the ground level; there are few “offshoots” so it gets leggy. Help, please, and thank you so much!

Maybe a type of Spiraea(?). with out flowers to narrow down,You should check out cultivars in the in the Japanese spirea/Bumald Spirea groups. You will know more when it flowers.
