This photo was taken in August last year by a lagoon near my home in Long Beach, California. The plans is evergreen, spreading, about 6 to 8″ tall. It appears to be growing wild. Can anyone help me to identify this? I thought it was a lithodora, but the flowers seem too big for that. Many thanks.
