This image looks similar to a cultivar named Cotyledon orbiculata ‘Grey Sticks’ (?). http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/photo/finger-aloe-high-res-stock-photography/141861180

Flowers & their flowering time are needed to narrow down which genera, species, hybrids & cultivars of these succulents. When they bloom ad still don’t know, make new post with photos flowers. I’m not an expert of succulents and only speculating for both of these. #1- Maybe a type of Sempervivum (hens and chicks) (?). Flowers will rule in or out the genus. The included below is for a cultivar in the group. #2- Maybe something in the Cotyledon genus. This perhaps in the Cotyledon orbiculata var. oblonga species. The 2nd included link is for a similar looking cultivar. Again flowers are their flowering time will help you further. Best wishes! https://www.succulentsandsunshine.com/sempervivum-hens-and-chicks-color-changing-cold-hardy-succulents/
