Notes:
This is a flower from a plant that was growing in an empty lot. It comes back every summer. Stalks are about 3 to 4 feet tall. Would like to now what it is.

We need to see its leaves to help narrow down its species for you. For now I’m guessing only, maybe Brown-eye-Susan (Rudbeckia triloba) (?).
