I planted this from seed, it’s gigantic and I’ve forced it to climb because of its size. I think it’s a squash but I’m not positive. If you can help me identify this I would really appreciate it.

If that’s a fruit forming in that top picture, I’d say you’ve probably got it right. Certainly in that family anyway! When the fruit grows out you’ll be able to tell for sure just what it is.
