Notes:
I always wanted to know the name of this shrub. It primarily is green during the year and has little stem buds that grow out from the end of the branches as new growth and eventually dries and breaks off at the end of year (you can see this on the November picture). In October it starts changing color and then is a rust color during November. It does loose all of its leaves eventually. The only picture I have is during Oct/Nov part of the year.

I can’t see the leaves details clearly to be sure. I’m guessing perhaps this might be a cultivar of Virginia sweetspire (Itea virginca) ‘Henry’s Garnet’) (?). Check it out and see if you have a match. If this isn’t that, make new post with closed up photo of the leaves. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=itea+virginica+%27henry%27s+garnet%27&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjAopHv6r7UAhWi14MKHSI8C3oQ7AkITQ&biw=2144&bih=1015
