Notes:
This travels horizontally and vertically sending tendrils to attach to trees. It’s main vine can be 3″ in diameter

I’m not certain, but this might be a type of bittersweet vine, either The oriental bittersweet (Celastrus orbiculatus) or the American species (Celastrus scandens). But with out flowers and fruits to confirm, again I’m only speculating. Link below is for oriental bittersweet. Click on images to enlarge.
