Notes:
This picture was taken in May of last year. I am in love with this tree and would love to know what it is. The flowers are pink and weep/hang. It does not appear to be a “bush” as it has one large trunk. The leaves and top of the tree are almost umbrella like. I have been told it may be a Kolkwitzia but when I look at pictures of Kolkwitzia bushes, I don’t see enough resemblance for it to be a Kolkwitzia.

Maybe a type of flowering crabapple in a weeping form. I don’t know for certain, which cultivar this is. But check out this cultivar Louisa Weeping crabpple – Malus x ‘Louisa’. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=louisa+weeping+crabapple+tree&tbm=isch&tbs=rimg:CUfxhwbcZnuTIjhUsb8WoQXnC0r5JiQi285j2oCi1XoD2ftSmusLCpk0QOkO1IKpZD4EJK-bXJfhI22075XN9eP-VSoSCVSxvxahBecLEZ34uDQ6gopnKhIJSvkmJCLbzmMRAiO1HMXyZQIqEgnagKLVegPZ-xE_119Ktw3dwEioSCVKa6wsKmTRAERW2AjX8eO-vKhIJ6Q7UgqlkPgQRRlhwEOS6RgkqEgkkr5tcl-EjbRHg891zipqfYyoSCbTvlc314_15VEeKCfNpSvQKR&tbo=u&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwitg53q7tfTAhVE94MKHWPLBscQ9C8IGw&biw=1879&bih=908&dpr=1#imgrc=tO-VzfXj_lUrlM:
