With out its flowers & height scale, I could only speculate, this maybe a type of Euphorbia with the reddish coloring stems and leaves images. Perhaps you could give us an update as the plant grows. If you still don’t know when it blooms, make new post with flower’s picture. Link below of a type of Euphorbia. Again, I’m only speculating.
