Notes:
Leaves are somewhat succulent and it propagates quickly. It has a long flowering stem with boom at the end.

Wish I could see the flowers. I’m only speculating here, maybe a cultivar in the Cistanthe genus? The leaves look similar to those of Cistanthe grandifolia syn.
