The leaves shape is not right for western poison oak (Toxicodendron diversilobum). According to sources poison oak has cluster (leaflets) of 3 leaves or more (up to 9) on each stem. The leaves on your plant appears to be single leaf. Although it is not poison oak, I can’t tell what kind of plant you have.
