I can’t see the flowers & leaves details clear enough to tell for certain. I’m speculating this could be either pentas aka star cluster (Pentas lanceolata) or a cultivar in the Carphalea genus maybe Carphalea kirondon (Flaming Beauty). If this not either of these two plants, make new post with closeup photo of flowers & leaves. Link below is for Pentas.
