I posted these pictures to a local social site (NextDoor Berkeley Lake) and a couple folks insisted they’re from an overcup oak, but the leaves are not bristle-tipped and there are no brown hairs on the underside of the leaves. They’re from planted and mature oaks lining one side of a portion of Bush Road in Berkeley Lake, GA. One respondent said that I should keep in mind “that leaf and acorn shapes can vary widely within a single species.”
