Notes:
It was sold as a tamarind tree, but all of the photos of tamarindus indica have leaf petals MUCH larger than the ones on my tree. As you can see; my leaf petals are tiny and multitudinous Richard

Hi Richard, I’m not sure for certain, but these flowers and leaves look similar to two plant genera. One is of the Enterolobium genus, the other is of the Leucaena. I think the confusion might be from the common name, a species in the Leucaena genus; L. leucocephala is known as ‘wild tamarind’. Common names are not always reliable when try to ID plants, but binomial names are not safe from mislabeling either. Perhaps you can narrow its ID from their fruits, the shapes of the two genera are of different. Best wishes https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leucaena
