Notes:
This was found in a canyon here in San Diego, California… a rather dry place 🙂 The bubbles were not sticky, so it does not seem like a carnivorous plant! Is this a succulent? The strangest thing about this plant is that the bubbles covered even the flowers themselves! I just have to find out what this is! 🙂
