Notes:
Over 10′ tall since sprouting in the spring – FL panhandle. No flowers seen but appears to be starting to seed. Any ideas on yhis?

Looks like rattle box (crotalaria sp.) to me…. crotalaria blooms late, those “seedpods” are probably blooms. Most varieties are toxic, but we’re introduced here as a soil builder. Also….. The flowers are pretty!
