These leaves are not close enough for me to tell whether these trees are willow oak (quecus phyllos) or a type of Podorcarpus (yew plum pine), I’m leaning toward Podocarpus. Link below with various cultivars of Podorcarpus, click on images to enlarge. If this isn’t yew plum pine, make new post with closeup photo of leaves.
