Grew from seed fern leafed but grows rapidly, now has yellow pod shaped flower.

This looks like a species of riverhemp (the Sesbania genus). I’m only guessing here of its ID’s species. Yours could be S.herbacea, its synonyms include S. macrocarpa, S. exaltata, Darwinia exaltata. Common names include bigpod sesbania, Colorado River-hemp etc…Check out images from link below, click on photos to enlarge and see if you a match.
