Notes:
I can’t figure out how to add a question to the Q & A section so, I have these three desert roses pictured (pink, red & purple) and they are growing quite well. I need to cut them back and I need to know when to cut them back. I also want to root the cuttings. I tried to root about 2 dozen cuttings this past spring and only got one cutting to root, not bad. So, any help and/or insight would be great. Hugh

Hi Hugh, Generally blooming plants can be cut back shortly after flowering, so that any buds for the next season are not affected. As for cuttings, check out this article and video: https://www.goplantgo.com/ArticleCuttings Enjoy!
