Notes:
Second season for this plant. Started out as weed in other area but I liked shape so I moved it to see what would happen. Completely died out over winter but popped up again this June. Fast growing as its now 5 ft tall and wide. Seed pods are 5-7″ long and I removed in Oct last year to prevent spreading. Small yellow flowers are bell shaped. I’ve asked two landscape designers to identify but they’re puzzled too. Help?
