I would agree that it’s mulberry. The only similar leaves of that size I can think of are some wild magnolias and Paulownia, and it doesn’t look like either of them. The type of serrated edge shown is compatible with mulberry. Can’t say whether it’s ‘white’, ‘red’ or ‘paper’.

Looks like a Mulberry of some kind to me; are there some irregular leaves that are not that shape? It sometimes produces lobed like leaves on the same plant. You might see berries this time of year that look like large long blackberries but maybe not if it’s in the under-story; the shade may prevent it from producing.
