Came up in flower bed, don’t remember having a plant like this last year

The bad news is that it’s not a showy flower. Compare with mare’s tail, (conyza canadensis). The good news is that it pulls very easily, and doesn’t bloom until late summer, so there’s no rush about pulling… But… you probably don’t want to allow it to set seed… as the seeds are tiny and it’s a very successful self sower.
