Notes:
Building has been here for over 30 years. All of the sudden out of nowhere this plant started to grow up in the middle of the warehouse. Does not see the light of day, has no water, and apparently only a slight bit of soil from a crack in the floor. We do import lots of product from overseas. The only thing I can think of is that a seed of sorts was in a carton and fell into this crack and here we are. Tough little plant though!

Probably growing from a very long root. Compare with empress tree (Paulownia tomentosa)
