I’m new to living near the Mississippi coast, I’m not familiar with the weeds and grasses of this area. This appears to be a grass, but I just don’t know. I do know that it does not go well with the rest of the yard. I’ve described it to a local Home Depot sales associate, and he said it sounded like Sand Burr Grass, but images of that on the internet do not match up with this… having large burrs growing in a line vertically. Also, this plant is yellow. How do I get rid of it?
