Notes:
Can anyone tell me what creature this is from? Are they eggs or droppings? Anything I should worry about? Would Neem Oil help?

Looks very much like the “poop” from the caterpillars that are all over oak trees…is there an oak tree above your peppers?

It is poop!!! Could be tomato hornworms or some other caterpillar. Find them fast………you don’t want to wait and have to deal with a very LARGE one!

frass… Check the plant for hornworms… Move the caterpillars to black nightshade weed or datura wrightii. The manduca sexta turns into a very cool night-flying moth. I grow 4 0’clock flowers for them to nectar from. http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/field/hornworm.htm
