I recently noticed the small “tree” (found in the attached photo) in a large field I have. Some of the “trees” have leafs while others appear with no leafs. A neighbor said it was a chestnut tree. Some of the “trees” are about 12-15 feet tall and about 2 inches in diameter. The picture attached were cropped to show 2 different “trees”. What are they?
