Multiple lilies on one stem would be a Turk’s Cap. Only one or maybe two is a Carolina Lily. My Carolina Lily is not as red as this photo and is more of a brownish red. A rare find.

Turks cap Lily is native, but I have never seen one in the wild. Btw, toad Lily flowers appear in rows of pairs along the stem.
